After the party the rain came down

Heavy rain showers. Sunshine in between. Friends threw a party to celebrate the marriage of their son and new daughter-in-law who had married in London. They were lucky as we were able to mingle in the garden until we sat down to eat in the waterproof tent.

Before that we met T and K's New Zealand boss and his wife who are over here from South Island looking at or buying a sugar beet harvester. Then while we were out my brother arrived to saw wood to take off the farm to store for the winter so it was an all-go Saturday.
