A Volcanic Face .......

......... well, I can see one here, anyway.
(I have a weird imagination I think)

So today we leave Hawai'i for the second part of our trip - Oregon!
Left the condo in good order, took a scenic route to the airport - checked in our luggage (kissing it goodbye and wishing it luck in its journey and said we hoped very much to see it again!! Lol.

Plane was on time, decent journey and arrived in San Francisco only a few minutes late - started to go a little pear-shaped then. When I booked the hotel last year it had an airport shuttle, seems that was discontinued at the beginning of the year ..... took a cab ($30/£20) .... not a great amount but an unexpected amount.
The hotel was very nice when we arrived so that was a plus. Walked through the door at 10.30pm with BOTH our suitcases!! Happy times.

A long day but a good one.
