Our Village Vintage Day

Our village is raising money to buy a defibrillator for the community hospital, so the WI organised a vintage day which looks to be a great success. Three members of our walking group did very well with their outfits as you can see. The shops dressed their windows in the spirit of the day - the toy shop had old toys, the electrical goods shop old appliances and so on. There was a swing band playing Glenn Miller music, a display of old tractors, and many stalls selling vintage china, tablecloths and clothes.
