Dad Inspection

I took my Dad to see the work going on at the Butte de Lion today as he and his friends have already booked themselves into our 'hotel' for the Waterloo 1815 celebrations in 2015. We're all really looking forward to it as we think it's going to be quite special.

In other news hubby left the house early this morning to attend a course in the UK and the kids and I took Mum to our local swimming pool this morning and tried to get her to go on the slide. She wasn't having any of it! But we did get her to wear a swimming cap which is one of the rules here much to her dismay and our amusement! The rest of the day was spent getting everything ready for Olivia's early birthday party tomorrow. She's very excited!
