Belated Birthday BBQ

Mr S celebrated a birthday yesterday, but we were so busy we postponed the festivities until today.

His sister and brother-in-law came over (with their new bicycle !) and my sister and her family came too.

A lovely day and the sun shone (bonus). My girls were coming and going all day but we managed to get together in the end for a Birthday Pavlova (a very Australian birthday treat).

No 1 managed to borrow a tent for T-in the Park later this month. No 3 really wanted to sleep in it in the garden tonight - but there were no volunteers for her slumber party. In the end we let her put her mattress on the floor of her room and sleep in a sleeping bag!
