Blast off

Four hours sleep and quite rough to the airport. Even turned down the free drink. Better by the end of an hour long Piccadilly line tube ride from Heathrow and a Boris-bike ride to Covent Garden.

A very disappointing workshop this afternoon at SPA. Good food though & good company at dinner. And a lovely walk back through town. I guess this is still the BT tower, but I still think of it as the Post Office tower. Now not even the post is run for the nation by the nation. Don't you just love market forces.
