Feeling pretty smug

I'm at the SPA conference in London. This morning we had a double session of Tell Don't Ask with James Byatt. After lunch a smug Jason Gorman talked us through his journey from failed physicist to software apprenticer. And then Keith Braithwaite asked why software isn't as precisely configurable as electrical accessories.

Later, there was open source Cucumber hacking in Ruby, Java and Javascript at an organic pub in Islington. We were joined by (the Scottish) Allan Kelly, who was celebrating the confirmation of his release date from the cosy embrace of RBS.

Many of you will be thinking "?!*@?". And for the rest of you - I'm feeling smug.
