More Moggy Mayhem!
Top left: So, when you've driven for 12 hours to get to the Moggy Rally, what do you do? Well, you coukd buy a car that has been wrapped around a lamppost and straighten it out with very limited tools but unlimited help from your friends!
Top middle: Garry cooking a breakfast for champions ... though not maybe the best dor those with heart conditions, as he and another one of the Scottish boys have .... ( hoping to see them again next year .... ). The funniest thing was Garry's wife phoned him and asked him if he'd been drinking and he denied it, " no, hen, no, I've not been drinking whilst on my medication, no hen ". She then said that one of the others had just posted a photo of us all having a beer in Gazebo City on Facebook and she'd seen it!
" Well ... aye ... but, I have nae taken my medication " !!!
Top right: The boys from Bonny Scotland and Sav. It was quite interesting when the boys from Ireland wandered round for a visit. The scots have quite heavy .. ok, very heavy, accents, however one of them does a very excellent Irish accent and he was called over to help the conversation go smoothly! ( The first year we met them we admitted to each other, and a year later to them too, that we didn't understand everything that was being said, especially when they they talk to each other! We get it now, even after alcohol! )
Middle left: Steve ( the Facebooking trouble maker! )'s car, which also won a prize.
Middle right: Pod, awning, gazebo combo seen from Mark's pod.
Bottom left: As written on the back of the cereal packet that was used as the infomation board for this moggy, probably the most unique car there as it has never been garaged, never been treated to any expensive parts, just bits found here and there even after having been hit by a lorry and driven every day ( at least dormthe last 27 years ). A proper car!
Bottom middle: Me and Mark, who as well as being a plummer with a small fleet of moggy vans, has this customized fancy black flatbed truck and designs t-shirts. I'm wearing mine that was given to me for my birthday. He just happens ro be wearing the same design and colour but he has more of both.
Bottom left: The finished Peugeot! ( After a trip to Halfords for a xoupke of new parts like a radiator ... )
