My Favourite Tipple...

Yesterday I set up another barrel of home brew and a quick check today confirmed fermentation is under way.

So sometime next week I will be bottling the latest batch.

In the meantime I poured myself some from a batch that was bottled about 6 weeks ago - and photographed it on on top of the brewing bucket.

As I write this I am part way down the second glass - and can confirm that is is very nice. A couple more bottles are lined up for later....
