it's a dog's life

Princess FluffyBum putting her paws up after a walk along the South Downs Way and around the foothills of Old Town, Eastbourne. This walk was a regular route when I lived there 20+ years ago with my faithful Prince, a collie x retriever cross.

I can't scamper up the hills like I did then, even with 3 little fluffs towing me. Coming down the steps I came down in Nan fashion, one step at a time with a sideways twist. I'm sure I used to run down them in my 20's...

Seeing Grace so worn out from our stroll made me not feel so ancient!
