Open All Hours...

Wetherby is a little market town with a great range of small independent shops.

This one is a 'traditional' hardware store and despite the small size of the the shop it stocks an amazing array of goods. I love the way the stuff spills out onto the front of the shop and around the corner.

You can buy a single screw or a couple of nails if that is all you need. No need to buy a whole packet like at the DIY superstores.

I popped in today looking for a flyswat (as we are plagued with them at the moment). Yes - he had one left and he knew exactly where it was and returned a few seconds later with it!
