When life deals you lemons

Make lemony muffins.
Even though am having an 'interesting ' time at work I am still a sucker for a cause. 4 of our students are heading up to Nelson for Nationals on Saturday and are fundraising by having a bake sale. So tonight I made 2 dozen muffins, 12 lemon and 12 chocolate chip. I can vouch for the lemon ones - yum !
