The Hazyland Boys and Dina
Dina lives with an elderly lady across the street. Usually she has two teenage boys coming every day to walk her as her owner cannot walk her herself, but her dog walkers are away on holiday with their parents these next two weeks, so the Hazyland Boys and I have promised that she can join us on our walks.
Beat is very fearful around other dogs. He is ok with his own pack and he is fine with Helle's dogs too as he has known them all of his life, but he is very worried about dogs that he does not know and he can be rather reactive, so I have been putting a lot of thought into his meeting with Dina.
Luckily all went well. Dina is an older lady. She is very calm and not really interested in other dogs, so she ignored Beat. Beat kept a close eye on her and did what he could to avoid getting close to her, but he did not go for her. Success! Beat will get used to her over the next two week, but it was important that the first meeting went well, so he can see that she is no threat to him.
I have had a very long day at work - I have been holding a seminar for all of the staff. It went well, but I am tired now.
Pretty Poppy.
See you tomorrow.
