Gartmorn Dam

Email inbox finally cleared, bank account balanced and other end-of-month chores complete, I decided it was time to switch off the computer and venture out into the real, rather than the virtual, world.

Hadn't been to Gartmorn Dam Country Park in Sauchie, near Alloa, for a while so that was the chosen spot for my wander - so glad I didn't stay home and watch Andy Murray at Wimbledon. A breezy afternoon with a few spots of drizzle, but the worst of the rain stayed off until I got home.

Lots of birdlife on and around the loch, but I settled for this family of swans for my daily Blip.
