Worn Out!

That's the bike of course, not me.

Although...........

I collected my bike from The Trailhead in Shrewsbury today following it's annual service, and took the opportunity to catch up and grab a coffee with my lovely daughter in Costa's.

I was told that, although it had obviously been cared for, there was some wear and tear to the chain and rear cassette, due to use, and that it would be best if they were replaced.

It's almost as expensive as driving, this old cycling lark!

At least it doesn't have wipers or suspension air bags. (If this is lost on you, I'll be happy to point you at a man who can explain!)
