Busy Wednesday

It was strange not to be rushing around this morning, fitting everything in before Ethan's afternoon nursery session. Now the school holidays are upon us, his mini nursery sessions are no more!

Instead, we spent the whole day rushing around. First off was the library. Ethan just couldn't narrow down the amount if books he wanted. He ended up taking out 20, including one on Robert the Bruce. It's a bit too old for him but he was adamant he wanted it - I think Bannockburn has made a lasting impression on him! He also took part in a wee treasure hunt there, getting a keyring as a prize and also a certificate for completing his first Bookbug challenge.

We then went to Dobbies for lunch. I had wanted to buy some plants but we ran out of time.


Next stop, the Heritage Centre for a play date with his nursery pals Logan & Thomas and their mummies .

We then nipped back to Dobbies to buy the Lantau I hadn't got earlier in the day.

By the time we got home it was dinner time and we were both worn out!
