Inside Bramham Church

Another day off today - seems no one is keen to learn to drive at the moment!

Katie, Finlay and I went for a walk this afternoon and on the way back through the churchyard I noticed that the church was open - normally there is a strong steel gate across the entrance.

So I rushed the dogs home, grabbed my SLR and tripod and nipped back to the church - still open! Completely in the dark - no lights on inside at all.

Spent about half an hour trying various shots - unfortunately my 24mm is not wide enough to get full width of church in. I took this from near the back but had to move to one side as the font was in the way - how inconsiderate!

Shot is a 6 exposure HDR - processed in Photomatix Pro and then skewed in Photoshop to try and reduce the converging verticals.
