Hydrangea
When we moved in the Hydrangea had a good flowering record, the previous owners told me…no pressure! That first summer saw lovely blooms and in the winter I cut back. The following summer I had all of ten flowers. 2013 I left the dead flowers, no dead heading, nothing….this year I have 70 heads of flowers…I learnt something! Don’t cut back Hydrangeas; let the dead flowers blow into the wind.
Golly, I am rather desperate for a blip today!
And as for Ralph Harris, really, are we that surprised? Or is he a scape goat for Jimmy Saville???
Anyways….night night
