Bake day

My lovely niece is getting married tomorrow and the family are all contributing to a dessert table at their evening event. I've made mini white chocolate cheesecakes (not pictured), a chocolate orange tart and a chocolate and raspberry tray bake. The biscuits are for the cake stall the girls' ballet school is holding tomorrow to raise money for its next production. The biscuits were baked and chocolate-coated super quick between school pick up and the girls' swimming lesson at five. The chocolate was still not set by the time they left so I had to drive carefully with all 40 biscuits perched precariously on a variety of baking trays around the front of the car and then get some bags from Waitrose to present them in. Put the packs together in the car after the lessons and dropped them off outside the studio with the rest of the contributions as I can't go tomorrow - wedding to attend :) The chocolate 100% set even then actually. Oh well. At least I tried!
