Tying Up The Boats

A wet day for most of with a few dry spells but they didn't last long.

With the wet day, the museum was busy with wet visitors. The end of the school term started today in Shetland and we'll have a busy seven weeks ahead with families coming to visit during the summer holidays.
Might try a few pints later tonight with friends :)

Even thought it was a wet day, some visitors still wanted to go out on the sea in one of our rowing boats the Laura Kay. They get a chance to row around Lerwick harbour with staff member Trevor Jamieson, a free trip and well worth it :)
