Green hills

It is time for me to say good-bye to the Wairamarama hills as son Tim returns tomorrow .The farm is looking especially green as we have had a mild winter. Consequently there is a good amount of pasture and all the ewes are in good condition with lambing due to start in about 5 weeks time. I do love being here in the hills but am glad that the sheep are no longer my responsibility.
