Ladybird larva

Fortunately I didn't have to look far for today's blip as I found this Ladybird larva climbing up on the outside of our balcony door. A few photos were taken while it was finally sitting still for a few moments in an insect pot. After that I took it downstairs and released it on a shrub where it had more opportunities to find food than on our balcony.

The last couple of days at work have been somewhat frustrating as the young people who have been hired to help out temporarily seem to lack any basic common sense. We can only hope that this will improve before they become permanent members of the workforce.
