Keeka!
The house has a little sun room, it's really just a space off a corridor but it is a very pleasant place to sit when the sun is shining. Orla and Conor discovered a great game of hiding behind the curtains, pulling them open and shouting boo! Conor just loved it.
We went back to the beach today and were surprised how different it looked when the tide was out. There's a sand bank that creates a little lagoon on the landward side, which was just perfect for little children to paddle in. We did go down to the ocean as well though and splashed about in the waves. Conor couldn't get enough of it, even when the waves were splashing right up over his face. Orla made a new friend, a little girl called Annie. This is her absolute favourite thing, finding other children to play with.
We were planning to have a barbecue in the evening but forgot to check the opening times of the shops, which of course were all shut by the time Ed got there. So we headed to the hotel in Trevone, the Well Parc. The food was pretty terrible but it has an amazing beer garden out the back with a fantastic view of the sea and toys to play with. And a very friendly dog who firmly ensconced himself under our table in the hope of hoovering up bits of dropped food!
