Old Macdonald's Farm

Today was cooler than yesterday and pretty windy, and as we had been at the beach for so long yesterday we decided to give it a miss today. We took a drive to Watergate Bay and mosied down on to the beach there to watch all the surfers. Then we walked along the cliff-top coastal path for a bit and saw some amazing views over the bay. Our new friends are staying in a resort called The Park at Mawgan Porth, which Ed would have booked for us except it was full. We went to the cafe there for lunch to see what it was like. The food was lovely and as caravan parks go it was very nice, but we're totally spoilt now by the amount of space we have at the house.

After lunch we went to Old Macdonald's Farm (also a recommendation). It was great. There were animals to feed, crazy golf, a little train, go-karts and these big trampolines. Orla had another pony ride (on the tiniest pony ever, it looked ridiculous!) and still hated it. No danger of us being out a fortune on riding lessons then!
