Coronation Lake

A walk around the River Cobur, before coffee at Coronation lake, I am sad that the swans, after incubating their eggs for several weeks appear to have nothing to show for it.. There were no cygnets to be seen anywhere, I am not sure whether they never hatched or something got to them.

This swan was bathing and preening, and fluffing up his feathers..
