They might be giants

The Tour has grandly departed, and as has been better-blipped elsewhere, the whole of Yorkshire turned out today to send them off in style.

We spent the morning puddling about in York, and the afternoon paddling at the seaside in Bridlington. Tomorrow the race sets off from York, so I plan to be out early to bag a good vantage point. I'll point my camera vaguely in the direction of the bikes, cross my fingers, and miss.
