Sleepy Gizmo

I feel very flattered when cats choose to fall asleep on me.
This is Gizmo, a Burmese kitten belonging to the daughter of a friend. My friend has her daughter's two cats to stay when daughter goes away. Because she knows we love Burmese cats we were invited to tea today to enjoy the cats. Ruly, the older cat, is a year old now and was just beginning to settle down when Gizmo came into his life. He took him under his wing immediately and they are inseparable. This afternoon after a mad rush around they settled down for a nap, Ruly on Normous and a loudly purring Gizmo on me. What a delight!
