I’ve been a right couch potato today! Well considering it was such an action packed day of sport with the Tour de France in Yorkshire, the British F1 Grand Prix and the Men’s Singles Final at Wimbledon, what else do you expect?

Another spectacular day in Yorkshire, and the crowds were out again and the racing today was very exciting. Unfortunately poor Mark Cavendish who crashed at the finish of yesterday’s stage, had to pull out of the race this morning because of injury. Another 3 weeks of racing to come, exciting stuff!

In the other sport Lewis Hamilton won the Grand Prix, despite messing up qualifying big time yesterday, and Novak Djokovic won Wimbledon in a thriller.
