this morning i finally got a pb in the parkrun! 27.24. so pleased!

which obviously meant i could eat this, right? so cool to sit and watch the TDF ride through Yorkshire! tried to spot the moores and the bullies but the riders were going far too fast.

couple of pints in the sunshine then a cheeky dominos pizza. so naughty!
