the bad food weekend continued with a cheeky bacon and egg muffin before church. how indulgent.

managed a quick bike ride after church but could only fit in eight miles before the SYFC AGM. terrifying to think that we'll have to ride ten times that distance in a couple of months.

the AGM was brilliant and we have some really amazing supports. one family own some canoes and so we have arranged to do a team building day on the canoes when our FOUR gap year students arrive in September. so exciting.
