Next project...

Well i have got the garden under semi control, once i have complete it by the end of July then it should just need a couple of hours per week to maintain it... So the next project is *** ME *** i need to get fitter again, as shown in the photo are two tools to do it... i was on the rower just after 5 this morning before i set off to work, and i plan to ride the bike in the evenings...

I'm quite good at TALKING THE TALK but now it's time to WALK THE WALK (well row, weight train and cycle).

I will keep you posted with me progress (or lack).
