Today:

Work was a little hard today... had to do appraisals with two of my team who were under performing... anyway after quite a bit of talking we have a way forward.

I also found out today that a friend of mine died in an accident on his bike... I only got to know him in the last 5 years on some cycling trips to France. he was a very modest man, it was quite a long time after we met that i found out that he represented GB in the Olympics... very sad news his death.

Did not feel like blipping today... so a quick snap of the rowers monitor that took forever to setup, well it's working now and will make the training easier.

Training:

Two session on the rower today, really should have been one on the rower and one on the bike...
