Blue Danube Potato Flower

I planted some speciality Blue Danube potatoes in a new raised bed this year and the resulting flowers on the plants are just beautiful in their own right. It looks like being a great crop! They are supposed to have an excellent floury texture but have to be boiled with care. They are sometimes called Adam's Blue.
