Waterfowl family

Down at the Forth and Clyde Canal today, after my early morning swim, I spent some time following this young family of fully fledged ducks navigating the canal, feeding and resting, orchestrated by the mother who stood on watch while they had their nap. Wonderful to behold. The water was like a millpond and wonderful reflections of the bank as they glided along. Spoiled for choice but I liked this swimming formation - so perfect!
