I know I keep bleating on about it but look what came in the post :-D

Elsewhere the day started well - coffee and cake with Nicky and Charlie - then deteriorated rapidly! Spent the afternoon at school with Ally after he threw a wobbler.

Settled down after school to catch up on some work when Red wanders in "Mum, there's a wolf in the garden!" After a moment the realisation of what he's said kicks in. I run out to see 2 chickens on the patio and a big fox stalking them. Luckily it ran off as soon as it saw me but the bottom of the garden is awash with feathers and we are 2 chickens missing :-(
