Bench

Originally I told MrRoly I wanted a bench against the garage to get the last of the evening sun. Then I sat out and tracked the sun. Repeatedly. I think we can all agree that my new site is obvious...

End of year Brownie campfire and barbecue in my back garden tonight. We invited the Guides along too. It rained heavily on and off during the day and panic began to set in. However the skies cleared and it stayed dry all evening.

I *may* have over catered slightly but bread rolls squash into the tiniest gaps in freezers ;-)

It is also possible that the remains of a fox attacked chicken *may* have been found very a little past it's best by one of our more sensitive Brownies.

But it was a huge success and after dismissing the girls, there *may* have been a little cake and wine/vodka/gin for the 8 leaders I roped in. There *may* even have been an impromptu Gin Club by 2/3 of the members until the wee small hours...
