Tylenol Day!

Went for a trip today up to the other base. No idea how we are going to shoehorn our stuff into the other base when we shut ours next year. Compromise I think is the word of the day!

Came home after that with a thumping headache. So indulged myself in two day pills to kill the pain. Got the night ones ready for a headache free good sleep. No need to worry... I'm not addicted....yet.

Slept the afternoon away. Church member's meeting in the evening.

Charging up my ipod shuffle in the vain hope I will go to the gym soon.
