At your own risk...........

Its Independence Day here in Malawi - 50 years since independence from British rule!! Tomorrow is a holiday so a friend and myself decided to go to Luwawa Forest Lodge in the Viphya mountains overnight. Its a beautiful place with some great birds and great walks, and as you can see from the blip you can also ride a bicycle at your own risk!

I didn't bother with the bicycle - we arrived mid afternoon so we went for a walk around the dam........over a couple of very nerve wrecking bridges - there was less wood than bridge in places, but we survived!!
