Nice legs - untidy room!!!

A pretty lazy blip!! I haven't been to work today (hooray!) but I haven't dedicated myself to blipping or housework either (so ashamed!)

I woke at 6ish instead of 5ish.....had breakfast avec la famille for a change, went for a 10k run sur mon propre ; showered; collected the Noo from nursery and joined Gill Boorman for lunch at Wessons! We went home for a snooze (without Gill) and woke just in time to collect Zac Quack from "kool". I had another cheeky run before GravyC went to the track at Eastbourne!! These are his 'post run' legs....

All in all a good day! but little time for tidying up!!
