The Thames from the White Swan

It was a beautiful evening, so worth a trip to the White Swan. I'd spent 3 hours in the afternoon in meetings with my manager and Houblon had spent the afternoon in a client meeting so we were both quite ready for a little drink. It was nice and peaceful by the river, and not too busy, so we had seats in the riverside area instead of parking our backsides on the pavement which is what often happens. A pub dog had his eye on my crisps but he had no chance of getting any from me...
