Costa del Alloa

A sweaty grass cutting, trimming and weeding session done this morning then, in the best tradition of Old Mother Hubbard finding the fridge empty of anything cool to drink, an emergency dash to Tesco for restocking, then home to stick some in the freezer to speed up the chilling process (unidentifiable tupperware tub of frozen meat stuff turfed out to make space).

They were picnicking and sunbathing down by the Forth when we diverted down by The Shore to catch the breeze coming down the river after our shopping trip. Pale blue bodies, panting dugs and bottles of Barr's Irn Bru galore. I'm pretty sure though some people in the town don't check themselves in the mirror before heading out on these rare scorchers of a summer day.

Was pechin' just watching this chap row by and make his way the few hundred yards out to his boat. Not sure why he doesn't just moor it up closer.

Right, those pear ciders must be cold enough by now. It is Friday innit?
