Snappy!

We spotted this lobster on the wall of Langass Lodge hotel on North Uist .
They pride themselves on using the best local seafood. Alas, I have never tried lobster but no doubt will get my chance one day!

The island is rocky with harbours and boats and crabs on the east side, and nearly completely sandy on the west side, which is where our dogs like to play. There must be a reason for this difference? I will try to find out!
