Richard Crosbie was the first man to fly in Ireland 255 years ago. He launched a hot air balloon from the Ranelagh Gardens in 1785.

So this blip was taken early afternoon in the aforementioned Ranelagh Gardens to commemorate Mr. Crosbies achievements!

I would have stayed longer but it was freeeeezing.
