Hot in the city

Hot. Really hot. Had to spend some of it in the city, nae so fine. Back home to the washed winter blankets, bone dry on the line and a novelty Pimms from a tin from the co-op, classy stuff, essence of Wimbledon comes to my backie. Quick visit to Bridge of Don to hear tales of Ma and Pa's holiday in Perthshire, with GMa wearing her Quines for Independence badge throughout and getting folk telt, including the manager of the hotel. Scotland's Referendum; making activists of all of us.
