Always a busy day

Fridays are always a busy day....
Did my grocery shopping today, was SHOCKED to see the amount paid for a week and only 3 of us here....eating clean and healthy is not cheap....but I dont want to go back to the other way of eating....

The evening Hubby made a braai....chicken and salad with a glass or two of South African wine...
