Sunshine

It was a lovely sun shining day today...

This morning I personal trained for an hour....
Lay in the sun for an hour and a half
Ran 8km with hubby for just under an hour

The evening I went for a walk down the road with my camera and took a few pics for todays Blip photo.

Back home we had Chicken salad for dinner...with a glass of wine
Later we settling in to watch the soccer game between Brazil and Netherlands...
