Schladming

Today was our drive from Strasbourg,across the bottom of Germany to Schladming in Austria. We arrived at our hotel at about 5.00, so after a cuppa and a bit of a sort out we walked down into the town - the photo was taken about 1/2 way down the hill. Tried the local delicacy of locally grown wild mushrooms (we hope) cooked in egg with potatoes - totally yummy. We then felt obliged to try the local beer - Schladminger - and apple strudel. We now feel we are in Austria :).
