Nest

Spent the warm sunny day giving the back yard a makeover. New plants, and gave our rabbit the 'keys to the garden'. No more enclosure for him, and no more unsightly netting across the yard for us. We emptied the nest box, not sure what we'd find in there (apart from the obvious!) but no egg shell fragments or dead chicks, just a cosy perfectly formed bluetit nest made from lots of moss, hay from the rabbit hutch and tiny little feathers.

Reminded me that I had been planning on buying this book. so I did.
