Not a very enjoyable first part of the day today, diet fast day (500 cals) to make me feel a bit grumpy, a RAT ran past my feet as I came out of the bedroom upstairs, which made me quiver like a jelly (hopefully it was just a one off visit), then my mobile stopped working (screen only staying on for a few seconds).

I had to get out of the house, so went over to the Museum of London, Docklands to see the Bridge exhibition, which I enjoyed.
