problem solved!

this was taken at 10 pm - yes, that's what the clock says...
problem was, my camera said it was 11 pm.

now I know why shots I took a little after 11 before going to bed said they were taken the next day...and therefore disputed each time.

I kinda figured it must be something simple as this; I corrected the camera and we are good to go again..
